Who is behind Consulting Fischer?

Owner: Martin Fischer

I work as a Senior Consultant. My main areas of consultancy are: IT process analysis and optimisation, data protection & compliance, and service management.

In the area of compliance, I advise companies on the GDPR and NIS2. As a certified data protection officer (including in the field of AI), I take on roles as an external data protection officer. With my ITIL Service Expert qualification, my focus is on the implementation of IT service management in relation to business and IT processes. In the IT sector, my core areas of expertise include project management in the context of system implementations (ERP, EIM, service management tools, etc.).

The experience gained from these projects also forms the basis for the successful delivery of seminars, both on ITIL and on traditional IT topics.

I have been working as a freelancer and as a managing director in various companies since 1993. I have also held interim roles in the field of IT management. Numerous projects in these areas with medium-sized companies form the basis of my experience across various industries and systems.
